摘要
我国企业市场应变能力差的原因之一是资源的整体落后和不均衡，针对这一问题，本文提出了运用动态联盟思想建立区域企业间的资源联盟，以加强联盟企业的资源实力，从而提高市场竞争力，并给出了实施方法。
One of the causes lead to national enterprises' bad response to market lies in unbalance and lack of design and manufacturing resources.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a view of resources virtual organization among enterprises in a zone based on the idea of dynamic enterprise organization and gives realization ways.
