摘要
通过共沉淀法合成了不同阴离子型氢氧化镁铝胶体,并进行了表征;同时考察了氢氧化镁铝胶体对浆料滤水和Zeta电位的影响及其在造纸过程中的微粒助滤作用。结果表明:共沉淀法制得的氢氧化镁铝胶体微粒呈片状结构,粒径均小于300 nm,层间阴离子为Cl-的氢氧化镁铝胶体微粒粒径最小;微粒由片状结构叠加而成,大部分的片状体呈六边形结构,结晶状态较好,晶相比较均一。氢氧化镁铝胶体通过电荷中和作用使得浆料的Zeta电位升高,其用量大于质量分数0.4%时可以明显改善浆料的滤水性能。
Layered double hydroxides of Mg/Al were synthesized by co-precipitation of magnesium chloride and aluminum chloride.The chemical formula,particle size,zeta potential,and crystal structure of the layered double hydroxide were analyzed through chemical,TEM and XRD methods.The drainage of hydroxides of Mg/Al in paper making were carried by investigate zeta and beating degree of stocks.It was found that positively charged magnesium aluminum hydroxide with particle diameters less than 300 nm could be prepared.Magnesium aluminum hydroxides have high cationic charge and crystalline features.When used together with anionic polyacrylamide,magnesium aluminum hydroxide could increase the drainage of stocks with the dosage of 0.6 percent.
