摘要
对除尘器内部的气流分布进行研究,采用计算流体力学软件Fluent进行数值模拟分析,详细得到除尘器内部流场的静压、气流的速度分布和通过滤袋的气体的质量流量,验证了工况下滤袋破损的现象,对该类除尘器设计有良好的借鉴作用和现实意义。
Using the computational fluid dynamics analysis software Fluent,the air distribution of flow field of bag-filter was simulated.The plot of static pressure,flow velocity distribution and mass flow rate of flow in bag-filter were achieved.The theoretical guidance is provided for design and use of the filter.The phenomenon of broken bag is explained in factory.This paper provides basis for the design and improvement of the bag-filter.
