摘要 设计了载重胎X射线检验机控制系统,该控制系统由2级计算机控制系统组成,采用以太网进行通讯。下位机采用西门子S7-300可编程控制器进行运动控制。运动系统主要由伺服系统、变频器系统、气动系统3部分组成。上位机系统采用C#软件开发完成图像的自动采集。系统实现了对轮胎内部缺陷的X光检测,操作方便,可靠性好。 A control system for truck tyre X-ray testing machine was designed.The control system consists of two-grade computer system and they communicate via Ethernet between each other.PLC S7-300 is employed to monitor the slave motion and the motion system is mainly composed of three parts,including servo,transducer and pneumatic system.The master system is developed by C# software for automatic image collection.The designed system can successfully fulfill the X-ray testing of tyre internal defect and owning advantages of easy operation and high reliability.
