基于模块化的产业技术发展模式

On development pattern of industrial technology based on modularity

产业模块化的发展不仅改变了原有的产业结构和分工模式,也深刻地改变着产业技术发展模式。在分析模块化背景下产业技术系统结构的基础上,认为模块化产业技术发展是以平台技术的发展为基础,其他各层级技术有序协同发展的产业技术发展模式。结合我国移动通信产业技术发展的历史进程,提出后发国家模块化产业技术发展的一般模式,即以平台技术的消化吸收为基础,实现平台技术由基于消化吸收的二次创新向基于研究与发展的自主创新的进化,并带动其他层级技术发展的反向产业技术发展模式。

The development of industrial modularity has not only changed the original structure of industry and the pattern of labor division,but also changed the development pattern of industrial technology.Based on the analysis of system structure of industrial technology under the background of modularity,it is pointed out that the modularized development of industrial technology is a development pattern based on the development of platform technology and the well-ordered and coordinated development of all the other levels.Combined with the historical process of the development of mobile telecommunication industry in China,a general pattern of the industrial development of modularized technology in follower countries is proposed,namely,a reversed development pattern of industrial technology rooting in the assimilation and absorption of platform technology,realizing the platform technology evolution from secondary innovation that based on assimilation and absorption to independent innovation that based on research and development,and leading the development of technologies at other levels.
