Causations and countermeasures of employment pressure of collegiate graduates in Liaoning Province

结合最新数据分析辽宁省高校毕业生就业现状,从政府、高校、企业和毕业生4个角度总结出高校毕业生就业压力的成因。通过对政府就业政策、高等教育模式、用人单位招聘观念和毕业生应聘观念的深入研究,提出加强政府部门宏观调控、加快高校培养体制改革、树立用人单位科学公平的人才观、转变毕业生传统就业观念等缓解辽宁省高等教育发展进程中高校毕业生就业压力的对策。

The employment status quo of collegiate graduates in Liaoning Province is analyzed by using the latest data,and the causations of employment pressure of them are summarized from four aspects,namely,the government,colleges and universities,enterprises,and graduates.Through deep-seated studies on the employment policies of the government,the pattern of higher education,the employing concepts of employers,and the job-seeking concepts of graduates,countermeasures are brought forward to reduce the employment pressure of graduates from colleges and universities during the developing process of higher education in Liaoning Province,such as enhancing the overall regulation and control of government,accelerating the cultivating mechanism reform of colleges and universities,establishing the scientific and equitable concepts of employers,and transforming the traditional employment concepts of graduates,etc.
