逆行植入泪道再通管治疗泪道阻塞的临床观察

目的探讨逆行植入泪道再通管治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法对泪道阻塞的54例(54眼)实施逆行植入泪道再通管手术。结果用本方法治疗的54眼中,46眼治愈,占85.19%;5眼好转,占9.26%;3眼无效,占5.56%。总有效率约94.44%,无并发症。结论该手术方法操作简单易行,经济安全,疗效佳,值得推广。
