Forming New Organizations and Probing New Mechanism to Produce a Marked Effect

1997年组建的太原市机电局，以新班子、新机构、新面貌，积极探索新的管理体制和经济运行机制，在机械、电子行业处于低谷的情况下，使系统内的企业改制实现了重大突破，全局经济效益明显好转，并提出了实现“两个根本性转变”的“三改一加强”战略布局。

Taiyuan machinery and electronics industry bureau was founded at 1997. It has probing a newly system of management and economic operation which depended on the new leading body, new organization and new appearance. It has made a major break on mechanism reform of enterprise and greatly increased the economic effection of the whole burean under the condition of both machinery and electronics was located at the lowest point. It had put forward a strategic distribution that realized two essential transforms and three changes one strengthen as quickly as possible.
