基于层次分析法的我国房地产类股票投资决策研究

Application for Decision Making of Real Estate Industries Stock Investment Progress in AHP

本文将层次分析法这一多目标评价决策方法应用于目标众多、因素复杂的股票投资决策,将投资者对复杂系统的评价决策思维过程数学化,并以四只房地产股票为例,建立了层次分析结构模型,通过引入具体数据计算出四只股票的投资价值排序,研究结果表明该方法对投资者进行股票投资决策有一定参考意义。

This paper applies the AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process）, one of multi-objective evaluation of decisionmaking method, to the stock investment decision which has many complex factors, and mathematicalize investors＇ evaluation and decision-making thought processes of complex systems,and take four real-estate stocks as an example, established a analytic hierarchy structure model and calculated the investment value of this four stocks and sorting by lead specific data into the model. The results show that the method have a certain reference value to stock investment investors.
