摘要
以经纬CIMS工程为背景，介绍了经纬CIMS项目组织机制和管理过程及取得的成效，总结了对CIMS项目管理的经验和体会。
This paper has presented the orgarilization mechanism management process and adchievements on the ground of the CIMS engineering in Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.Ltd., and summed up the experience and understanding about the CIMS projects management The author suggests that being demonstration engineering of national 863/CIMS application, the result can provide references ofr other enterprises.
