摘要
牙齿颜色的准确测量一直是口腔修复学的研究热点。天然牙齿具有颜色的复杂性及其特殊的光学特性,而人对颜色辨别是一个非常复杂的过程,涉及到光学、视觉生理、视觉心理等诸多因素,因此用科学仪器对牙齿颜色进行定量化测定以给出客观评价是十分必要的。本论文从色度学理论出发紧密结合临床实际,采用PR-655光谱扫描色度计和计算机相结合用于测试牙齿颜色,测试条件选用D65光源、法线方向照明、0/45观察条件,首先测试VITA 3D-Master比色板的标准颜色阈值,然后采集待测实验者牙齿的颜色数据,将其与标准等级点的颜色值进行色差计算,根据色差的大小即可选定VITA 3D比色板中最接近的颜色。
The accurate determination method of tooth color has been one of the research focuses at prosthodontics for a long time. Natural tooth takes on the tinctorial complexity and its special optical property, it is a very complex course that person differentiates for color, which is concerned with optics, visual physiology, visual psychology and other many factors Therefore, it is very necessary to determine tooth color quantitatively with scientific instrument in order to make objective appraisement. We closely combines clinic with actual according to colorimetry theory, tooth color is determined by the PR-655 SpectraScan colorimeter and computer, test conditions are D65 light source, normal direction illumination, and 0/45 observation. Firstly, the standard color threshold values of VITA3D-Master colorimetric board are test. Next, the tooth color data of experimenter are gathered and their color difference are calculated. Finally, the most near color in VITA3D colorimetric board is chosen according to the value of color difference.
