摘要
调研大一新生对大学生活的适应性对高校教师做好学生工作,引导新生顺利完成中学到大学阶段的过渡有着十分重要的实际意义。文章从新生对所在学校与专业的满意度,大学生活规划,大学生活适应难题,近期情绪状态,心理困扰应对方式,等几个问题展开调查,了解大一新生心理适应整体状况及存在问题。最终的结论是,新生存在良好适应潜质,但在处理人际关系,自主规划大学生活,对负性情绪的应对等方面需加强心理教育引导。
Researching freshmen on the adaptability to university life is important for colleges' teachers to well guide the secondary school students' transferring to the university. An investigation about the freshmen' s satisfaction with their school and professional, their planning of university life, their matters to adapt university life, their recent emotional state and psychological coping styles to distress is carried out to understand how the freshmen adapt to the new situation. The final conclusion is that freshmen have good adaptation potential, but in dealing with interpersonal relationships, self-planning of university life, coping with negative emotions and other aspects, they need strengthen the psycho-educational guidance.
