工商管理本科应用案例教学法存在的问题及建议

ANALYSIS AND PROPOSAL ABOUT THE PROBLEMS IN APPLICATION OF CASE TEACHING IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION

案例教学是一种主要在工商管理教育领域中的MBA层次得到成功应用的方法。由于工商管理本科的培养目标与MBA培养高级管理人才的目标存在差异,所以要在本科教学中应用案例教学,首先必须明确界定其地位与作用,在此基础上才能通过构建成熟、完善的教学规范与教法体系,逐步解决在实践中遇到的具体问题。

Case teaching is a method which has been mainly successfully applied in the MBA. There is difference between the targets of undergraduate and MBA, so if this method will be successfully applied to the undergraduate of business administration education, its position and role in the teaching of undergraduate education must be clearly defined. On that basis, the specific problems encountered in practice may be gradually solved through building a mature and well system of teaching regulations and teaehing methods.
