类胰岛素生长因子轴与儿童生长障碍
摘要
类胰岛素生长因子(IGFs)又称生长介素,是一组生长激素(GH)依赖性多肽,其主要功能是介导GH的蛋白同化作用和促有丝分裂作用.现就IGFs的结构、受体、结合蛋白及其临床意义综述如下.
