摘要
目的 了解癫痫患儿的行为及个性特征.方法 采用1:1病例对照的方法,对52例癫痫患儿及其时照组,进行艾森克个性问卷(儿童)和Rutter儿童行为问卷的检测.结果 癫痫患儿存在有行为的偏异(x^2=4.5,P<0.05),其个性特征是情绪不稳(t=2.22,P<0.05)和精神质(t=2.94,P<0.01).结论 在诊断和治疗癫痫患儿的过程中应重视其心理和行为的偏异.
ve To explore the relationship between epilepsy and children behavior. Methods Accoding to 1:1 metched case control study design,Eysenk personality questionnaire (junior) and Rutter children' s behavior questionnaire were investigated for 52 children suffering from epilepsy and their controls. Results The children suffering from epilepsy had behavior deflection(x2 =4.5, P<0.05), their idividul character was emotionnal instability(t=2.22, P<0.05) and psychopathic diathesis(t=2.94,P<0.01). Conclusion The psychic and behavioral deflection must be paid attention in diagnosis and treatment for the children suffering from epilepsy.
