摘要
目的 研究反复呼吸道感染(RRI)患儿红细胞免疫功能,探索RRI患儿的病因.方法 58例复感儿分别于感染期和非感染期测定红细胞免疫功能.结果 发现复感儿可分为A、B两组人群:A组感染期EC_3bRR明显降低(P<0.01),E-ICR明显升高(P<0.01);非感染期二者均恢复正常.B组感染期和非感染期EC_3bRR和E-ICR均降低(P<0.01和P<0.05).结论 复感儿存在原发性或继发性红细胞免疫功能低下,这是复感儿的主要病因之一.
ve To study erythrocyte immune function in children with repeated respiratory tract infection(RRI) and explore cause of RRI. Methods Examine erythrocyte immune function for 58 cases children with RRI at infective stage and non-infective stage separately. Results Children with RRI are devided into A and B groups:in group A the E-QbRR decreased sharply(P< 0.01) and the E-ICR increased obviously (P<0.01)at infective stage,E-QbRR and E-ICR recovered to normal levels at non-infective stage, In groupe B infective stage and non-infective stage both E-C3bRR and E-ICR decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion It is demonstrated that existence of primary or secondary erythrocyte immune function decrease in children with RRI. It is one of the chief cause of children with RRI.
