摘要
目的为了探讨营养状态经促生长激素轴远端部分对生长的调控作用.方法 通过对年龄8~12岁的24例肥胖儿童及24例正常儿童的身高、生长速度、体重及生长激素远端部分一生长激素结合蛋白(GNBP)进行观测.结果 血清GHBP在肥胖儿童明显高于正常体重儿童.肥胖男孩的身高、身高标准差分(HtsDs)及生长速度(GV)明显高于正常男孩,体重指数(BMI)与生长速度及 HtsDs呈正相关,GHBP与身高生长速度、HtsDs及BMI正相关.肥胖女孩身高、身高标准差(HtsDs)及生长速度与正常女孩无明显差异.BMI与生长速度及HtsDs无相关关系,GHBP与身高生长速度及BMI正相关.正常体重女孩血清GHBP明显高于正常体重男孩,但肥胖男孩与女孩间GHBP无明显差异.结论 营养状态也可通过 GH轴受体途径对生长产生调控作用,支持了营养对生长的正性调节作用.
ve To research the modulation effect of nutrition on growth by the distal axis of growth hormone. Methods The height, growth velocity, weight and distal axis of growth hormone(GH) - growth hormone binding protein (GHBP) were observed in 24 simple obese children and 24 normal children aged 8 to 12 years. Results The level of serum GHBP was singnifcantly in the obese children higher than the normal children. In the boys, height, height standard deviation score (HtsDs) and growth velocity(GV) were significantly in the obese higher than the normal, body mass index(BMI) was positively related to growth velocity and HtsDs, GHBP was positively related to growth velocity, HtsDs and BMI. In the girls, height, HtsDs and growth velocity in the obese were not significantly different from the normal, BMI was not related to growth velocity and HtsDs, GHBP was positively related to growth velocity and BMI, the level of serum GHBP was significantly in the normal girls higher than the normal boys, but it was not found in the obese children. Conclusion Nutrition may regulate on growth by growth hormone receptor of growth hormone axis, it support nutrition has positively modulation effect on growth
