摘要
目的 为探讨高能饲料对大鼠脂类代谢,脂质过氧化反应等多方面的影响.方法 将20只Wistar大鼠随机分成2组,对照组(n=10)喂养基础饲料,实验组(n=10)喂饲能量超出基础饲料10%的高能饲料.12周后,实验组大鼠体重明显超出对照组(>6~7s,P<0.001),形成营养性肥胖大鼠.测全部大鼠的血脂、肝脂、血浆脂质过氧化指标等.结果 实验组大鼠血脂、肝脂均明显升高;血浆脂质过氧化水平增高.抗氧化能力下降.结论 高能饲料存在明显的致动脉粥样硬化倾向.
ve To investigate the effect of high-caloric feeding on lipids, lipid peroxida-tion. Methods 20 Wistar rats were divided into two groups. The control group were fed with common feedings. And the experimental group were supplied with high-caloric nutritional feedings (which contained nutrients 10% higher than those of the common feedings). Following 12 weeks feeding, the body weight in experimental group increased significantly than those of the controls ( >6-7s, P<0. 001) . The nutritional obesity rats were thus induced. Serum lipod, hepatic lipid and plasma lipid peroxidation levels were measured. Results Compared to the control group, the lipid levels in serum and liver increased significantly; the lipid peroxidation level increased signifcantly; the antioxidation adility decreased significantly in experimental group. Conclusion There was a apparent trend to developing arterosclerosis in experimental group.
