68例新生儿胆红素脑病的病因及有关因素分析

Analysis of Etiology and Related Factors in 68 cases of Newborn Bilirubin Encephalopathy.

目的 为了解新生儿胆红素脑病的病因和有关因素.方法 对68例患儿进行了临床分析.结果 其中41例(61%)是因感染、围产因素(早产、窒息、缺氧、头颅血肿、低血糖、酸中毒)、低温硬肿、药物等多种因素综合引起.27例(39%)的病因是母子血型不合溶血症.结论 引起西安地区胆红素脑病的主要病因是感染、围产因素、低温硬肿、药物等.并根据病因提出了防治措施.

Objective In order to understand the etiology and related factors of newborn bilirubin encephalopathy. Methods 68 cases were analyzed. Results 41 of them (61%) were caused by mutiple factors as follows infection, peripartal factors (include premature .asphyxia and anoxi) .cephalhematoma and hypoglycemia acidosis) .hypothermia scleredema, drugs, et al. The other 27(39%) were caused by hemolytic disease of incompatible blood group between mother and child. Conclusion infection,peripartal factors,hypothermia scleredema and drugs are the main causes of bilirubin encephalopathy in Xian area. Prevent and 'treatmetn measures were put forward according to these causes.
