综述了各种球化处理技术的特点,介绍了我国球化处理技术的进展情况及盖包球化处理技术的优点,并对实际应用情况进行了调研。最后对盖包球化处理技术的注意事项进行了总结,并对存在问题提出了解决的对策。

The technical characteristics of various nodularizing treatment techniques were summarized. An introduction wasmade to the progress situation of nodularizing treatment techniques in China and the technical advantages of tundish ladletreating technique, as well as an investigation on the practical application of the tundish ladle process was conducted. Finally,the matters needing attention for the tundish ladle process were summarized, and solution countermeasures of existingproblems were proposed.
