变网格技术在三维CA模型中的应用

摘要 针对均匀网格技术在采用元胞自动机(cellularautomaton,CA)模型进行凝固组织模拟过程中存在计算效率较低等问题,提出了在固/液界面上划分细网格、在其它部分采用较大网格的变网格方法,对该模型进行改进,同时探讨三维CA模型在采用不同界面过渡带下的模拟情况。研究结果表明:与均匀网格模拟相比,变网格技术可显著提高CA模型的计算效率,并且随着界面过渡带的增加,计算精度随之提高。 In order to solve the problem of low computation efficiency in solidification simulation with cellular automaton (CA)model it was proposed to adopt varied grids that is to use fine grids at the solid/melt interface and use more big grids in other regions. The model was improved, and a discussion was made to the simulation by using 3 D CA model and different interfacial transition zones. The investigation results showed that, compared with using uniform grid approach, the computation efficiency of the CA model could be obviously increased by adopting the varied grid approach. In addition, the computation accuracy would be more higher with increasing of the interfacial transition zones.
