江西省农村药品“两网”建设政府效能评价

Evaluation of Government Efficiency on the Rural Drug "Supervision and Supply" Nets Construction in Jiangxi Province

目的:评价江西省农村药品"两网"建设中政府的效能。方法:根据国家制订的农村药品"两网"建设工作要求,自拟调查表,对江西省93个县(市、区)进行了调查,并对政府在农村药品"两网"建设中的效能进行了评价。结果:93个县(市、区)的农村药品"两网"建设工作均达到了国家制订的要求,各级政府支持力度大幅提升。结论:政府部门在农村药品"两网"建设中效能显著,保障了"两网"工作的顺利进行。

Objective ：To evaluate the government efficiency on the rural drug ＂Supervision and Supply＂ nets construction in Jiangxi Province; Methods：To investigate the 93 counties （or cities） in Jiangxi and evaluate the government efficiency on the rural drug ＂Su- pervision and Supply＂ nets construction with self-made questionnaire based on the state-formulated requirements; Results：The rural drug ＂Supervision and Supply＂ nets construction in 93 counties （cities） has reached the requirements formulated by the government, and governments at all levels have greatly improved the support; Conclusion：Government departments have exerted efficiency on the ru- ral drug ＂Supervision and Supply＂ nets construction, and ensured the smooth progress of the work.
