企业社会资本与面向低收入群体的资源开发型商业模式创新

Resource-developed BOP Oriented Business Innovation Model Seen from the View of Corporate Social Capital

透过对企业社会资本内涵的界定,发现企业社会资本与资源开发型商业模式创新之间存在着紧密的联系,企业内外部通过各种网络连带所形成的企业社会资本对资源开发型商业模式创新具有重要决定作用。企业社会资本以知识积累、知识创新和交易费用作为其作用的载体,透过对BOP群体的能力开发及对企业内外部边界的调节,如企业社会资本通过对企业内部学习及知识吸收与外溢等的正向作用实现对企业内外BOP群体的开发,通过对企业内生交易费用和外生交易费用的节约框定企业的治理边界和能力边界,最终决定着企业如何实现资源开发型商业模式创新。

This paper focuses on the relationship between social capital and resource - developed business innovation model. The findings show that social capital plays a decisive role in the process of business innovation by improving organization learning, knowledge absorption and spillovers,reducing the transaction cost and defining the boundary of corporate governance and capability.
