摘要
埋藏式心脏复律除颤器（ICD）能明显降低心源性猝死（SCD）高危患者的病死率，是目前防治SCD最有效的方法之一。交感风暴最初于90年代提出，是指短时间内自主发生多次室性心动过速或心室颤动，引起血流动力学障碍而需要包括电复律／除颤ICD植人等紧急处理的症候群。由于该症候群预后差，处理棘手，近年来备受关注。本文就ICD植入后交感风暴的发生、治疗以及预后等进行阐述。
