八角低产林改造新模式探讨

On Exploring a New Transforming Pattern for the Low-yielding Anise Forest

1994～2002年,高峰林场发展了0.56万hm2八角、八角+玉桂经济林(统称八角林),进入盛产期后,大多数八角林年挂果量很少,总产量、单产很低,收益甚微,严重影响了承包者的经营信心,成为林场经济快速平衡发展的瓶颈。目前,尚有0.29万hm2八角低产林需要改造,改造八角低产林成为林场当前主要事务之一。如何改造八角低产林,是林场需要认真研究的重要课题之一。通过洽谈,诚意引进合作伙伴,与A集团合作,按比例出资,林场出10%,A集团出90%,组建园林绿化开发公司,经营园林绿化业务,收购林场(承包者)八角林,用于种植园林绿化树种,收回4000万元投资,减少林场(承包者)部分经济损失,归还台帐借款,投入到新一轮生产经营中,为林场创造出更多的物质财富。

From the year 1994 to 2002, Guangxi Gaofeng Forestry Centre developed an economic forest, mainly anise, to an area of 5 600 hm^2, which later proved to be low-yielding, frustrating the contractors and holding back the centre＇ s development. At present, there is yet 2 933 hm^2 of the low-yielding forest to be transformed, remaining one of the hot topics for the centre. After negotiation, we will sincerely cooperate with A Group to form a landscaping company, 10% funded by the centre, 90% by A Group, hoping to purchase the contractor＇s anise forest for sapling, thus to pay back the loan and begin new business.
