摘要
针对培育制造企业的核心竞争力与其生存和发展的关系问题,利用价值链分析方法,将企业整体从创造价值角度进行了有序分解,使企业能够清楚地分析到其创造价值的各个活动及相互关系,从价值增值环节培育企业的核心竞争力,为制造企业培育核心竞争力提供参考。
Practice has proved that cultivating core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises is the only way for their survival and development.The problem is studied by analyzing value chain and the whole enterprise step by step from the point of creating value,which enables the enterprise to know clearly its various activities and mutual relations of the value created.Meanwhile,it provides a reference for manufacturers to enhance their core competitiveness.
