摘要
针对理工科专业的毕业实习与设计理论偏离实际的问题,运用对比分析的方法,提出产学研相结合,推行在校企合作办学框架下顶岗实习、双导师制等措施,增强毕业实习与设计的实效性,满足"以行业为依托、就业为导向、与企业零距离接轨"的应用创新型人才培养目标。
Aiming at solving the problem of the deviation from the graduation practice and the design theory,some new measures are taken by using the comparative analysis method,making a combination of IAR(industry,academic and research),carrying out the post-taken practice and putting the duo-tutorial system in practice so as to strengthen the actual effect of graduation practice and satisfy the needs of the training objective for the innovative talents based on the connection with the enterprise and guided in the demand of employment.
