摘要
以青菜品种苏州青为材料,采用盆栽试验研究不同土壤镉浓度对其生长和光合作用的影响。结果表明,较高浓度的镉胁迫下青菜的生长和叶片扩展受到明显抑制,其净光合速率、表观量子效率和最大光化学效率显著降低;低浓度镉胁迫使青菜的暗呼吸速率增大。
With Brassica chinensis variety "Suzhouqing" as the material, the effects of Cd stress with different concn.in soil on their growth and photosynthesis were studied through pot test.The results showed that Cd stress with higher concn.had obvious inhibition on growth and leaf extension of B.chinensis, and made their net photosynthetic rate, apparent quantum yield and the maximal photochemical efficiency significantly decrease.Cd stress with low concn.could increase dark respiration rate of B.chinensis.
