基于盐酸-镁粉反应比色法的梭洞学中总黄酮含量的测定

Determination of Total Flavones in Polygonam capitarum D.Don Based on Hydrochloric Acid-Mg Reaction Colorimetry Method

[目的]对梭洞学(Polygonam capitarum D.Don)全草中的总黄酮含量进行测定。[方法]以槲皮素为对照品,采用盐酸-镁粉反应比色法测定总黄酮含量。[结果]样品中总黄酮在浓度0.007143～0.07143mg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=1.1760x+0.0076(R2=0.9998),回收率为99.54%,RSD=0.95%(n=5)。[结论]该方法准确,简便,可用于梭洞学中总黄酮含量的测定。

[Objective] The aim was to determine the content of total flavones in Polygonam capitarum D.Don. [Method] With quercetin as reference substance,hydrochloric acid—Mg reaction colorimetry method was adopted to determine the content of total flavones. [Result] Total flavones in sample had a good linear relationship with absorbance within the concentration of 0.007 143-0.071 43 mg/ml,the regression equation was y=1.176 0x ＋ 0.007 6（R^2 = 0.999 8）,the recovery rate was 99.54%,RSD =0.95%（n=5）. [Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and can be used for determination of total flavones inP. capitarum.
