二次正交旋转组合设计优化微波辅助提取桑椹总黄酮的研究

摘要 [目的]研究微波辅助提取桑椹总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以桑椹总黄酮得率为评价指标,通过对溶剂浓度、液固比及微波辐射时间等工艺参数进行二次正交旋转组合设计试验,确定微波辅助提取桑椹总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,并与其他方法进行比较。[结果]优化后桑椹总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件:乙醇浓度为27%,液固比为34,微波辐射时间为155s,最佳条件下桑椹总黄酮得率为1.256%。[结论]微波辅助提取法与传统提取法比较,是一种得率高、提取快、能耗低的较为理想的提取方法。 [Objective] Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) of total flavones from mulberry was investigated.[Method] Influence of solvent concentration,liquid to solid ratio and microwave radiation time on total flavones yield were studied by orthogonal rotatable central composite design,the optimum operating conditions for the MAE was determined.[Result] The optimum operating conditions were as follows,solvent concentration was 27%,liquid to solid ratio was 34 ml/g and microwave radiation time was 155 s.In this condition,the yield was 1.256%.[Conclusion]Compared with the traditional extraction method,MAE had a higher yield of target components,extraction speed and lower energy consumption,was an ideal extraction method.
