农村居民就医行为影响因素的实证分析

Influencing Factors Analysis on Hospitalized Behavior of Rural Residents

采用Logistic回归,分析了农村居民就医行为的影响因素。结果表明,农村医院医疗技术水平对农村居民就医行为影响最大,农村就医方便性仅次于农村医院医疗技术水平,再次是农村医院医疗设备。农村医院医疗价格、农民年收入与农村居民就医行为呈反相关。因此,解决农民"看病贵、看病难"问题,首要解决农村医院技术水平问题,其中农村就医方便性与农村医院医疗设备的先进性尤为重要。

Logistic regression method was applied to analyze the influencing factors on hospitalized behavior of rural residents. The results showed that the level of medical technology in rural hospitals had the biggest influence on the rural residents’ hospitalzed behavior. The second was the convenience to rural hospital. The third was medical equipment in rural hospital. Medical prices in rural hospital,income of rural residents had inversely relation on the rural residents’ hospitalized behavior. Thus,to solve the problem about the above problems for rural residents,the most important was to improve rural hospitals medical treatment level. The second was to keep the convenience to rural hospital and the advanced medical equipment in rural hospitals.
