摘要
[目的]提高樱桃矮化砧木吉塞拉5号的繁殖系数,促进樱桃品种的推广。[方法]在高温高湿条件下,研究500、1000和1500mg/LIBA对吉塞拉5号扦插生根的影响。[结果]吉塞拉5号的生根率为88.6%~90.7%,单株生根均达5条以上,生根长度在3.5cm以上,均明显高于对照。[结论]在不同浓度生长调节剂处理的情况下,吉塞拉5号均具有较好的生根能力。
[Objective] The study aimed to improve the reproduction coefficient of the dwarf cherry rootstock of Gisela 5,and promote the development of cherry varieties. [method] The effects of 500,1 000 and 1 500 mg/L IBA on cutting rooting of Gisela 5 were studied in the situations of high temperature and humidity.[Result] The rooting rates were 88.6%-90.7%,and the amount of single plant roots more than 5,root length was more than 3.5 cm,all of that were higher than CK. [Conclusion] All of Gisela 5 have a good rooting ability at different concentrations of growth regulators circumstances.
