在介绍黄土高原淤地坝设计现状的基础上,应用GIS的空间分析功能,建立流域数字高程模型(DEM)自动提取地形地貌数据,为淤地坝建设提供便捷、实用的途径,整个过程主要由计算机进行处理,人工干预少,效率高。

Based on the introduction of status of warping dam design of loess plateau,setting up the digital elevation model （DEM） and extracting terrain data automatically with spatial analysis function of GIS,which provided a practical tool for warping dam design conveniently and efficiently for processing by computer.
