磷胁迫对番茄幼苗生长的影响 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]为番茄磷营养性状的定向改造提供理论依据。[方法]采用液培的方法,对番茄的植株形态指标、叶绿素含量、电导率进行了测定。[结果]与正常的磷浓度相比,番茄幼苗在低磷(25%~50%)条件下,根冠比、主根长、侧根长、侧根数目和叶面积等形态指标均显著增加;而高磷胁迫(200%)条件下,除侧根长度、数目之外,其余指标也均与正常磷含量相比呈现出增加趋势。在低磷和高磷胁迫条件下,叶绿素a、b、a/b、总量均比正常施磷量(100%)降低;而叶片的相对电导率变化趋势正好相反,与正常施磷量相比,在胁迫条件下该指标具有较明显地增加趋势。[结论]不同磷胁迫对番茄的幼苗植株形态和生理特征产生了明显的影响作用。 [Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis of directed transformation for phosphorus hutrition characters of tomato.[Method]The morphological index,chlorophyll content and electrical condactivity of tomato were measured with the sdution culture method.[Result]The results showed that phosphorus deficiency stress stimulated all the morphological characters; however,phosphorus abundance stress also stimulated the most of morphological characters except the number of lateral root and its length. For physiological characters,phosphorus stress made the content of chl-a,chl-b,and the total content of chlorophyll decline obviously,and restrained the growing of seedlings,however,the effects of phosphorus stress on the relative conductance were absolute different from the chlorophyll,namely,the effect of stress could make cellular membrane penetration in leaf increase,relative conductance of leaf exosmosis liquids ascended.[Conclusion]The morphological and physiological characteristics of tomato seedling plant had a marked effect under the different phosphorus stress.
