摘要 目的探讨低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及趋化因子受体(CXCR4)在肾透明细胞癌(CCRCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法从蛋白水平检测了48例CCRCC和20例远离肾癌的正常组织HIF-1α和CXCR4的表达,并分析其与临床病理分级、分期及淋巴转移的关系。结果HIF-1α和CXCR4在CCRCC组织的阳性表达率分别为58.3%、77.0%,正常肾组织中HIF-1α及CXCR4蛋白表达阴性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HIF-1α和CXCR4与不同临床分期、病理分级及淋巴转移有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。HIF-1α与CXCR4在CCRCC中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论HIF-1α和CXCR4在CCRCC中的高表达可能对CCRCC的发生、发展起促进作用。 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Hypoxia-inducible factors(HIF-1α) and chemokine receptor (CXCR4) in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC).Methods The expression of HIF-1α and CXCR4 were checked in 48 cases of CCRCC and 20 cases of normal renal tissues on the protein level by immunohistochemical methed.The correation between them and clinical stage,pathological grade and lymphaticmetastasis were analyzed.Results The HIF-1α and CXCR4 expression in CCRCC tissue were 58.3%,77.0% respectively,there were barely detectable HIF-1α and CXCR4 protein in nomal renal tissue,and had significant differences(P〈0.01).HIF-1α and CXCR4 had correlation with clinical stage,pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis(P〈0.05),no related to the patientage,sexuality and tumor diameter(P〈0.05).HIF-1α was positive correlative with CXCR4(P〈0.05).Conclusion HIF-1α and CXCR4 might promote the occurrence and development of CCRCC,which had a high expression in CCRCC.
