Ets-1和E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 食管癌是我国最常见恶性肿瘤之一，发病率居第4位，最常见的组织学类型是食管鳞状细胞癌（esophageal squamous cell carcinoma，ESCC）。Ets家族作为最大的信号依赖转录调控因子家族之一，介导细胞增殖、分化和恶性变，其过度表达与人类许多肿瘤的发生有着密切联系，近年已成为各国学者关注的热点。Ets-1主要通过对生长因子受体基因、降解基质的酶相关基因以及凋亡相关基因的调控，促进肿瘤血管生成和转移。
