桥本脑病一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女性，58岁。主因反复发作性抽搐3年，意识恍惚3个月，于2007年8月15日入院治疗。患者于3年前因生气出现抽搐，发作时意识丧失、双眼上翻、口吐白沫、面色发青、四肢屈曲强直，伴小便失禁，无舌咬伤，1～2min抽搐停止但意识仍未恢复，伴随出现发热，体温高达39℃。
