摘要
本文采用低压辅助熔渗法制备碳纤维细编穿刺织物增强铜(3D-Cf/Cu)复合材料,研究了载流条件下该复合材料的摩擦磨损特性.结果表明:载流条件下,由于电弧的作用,3D-Cf/Cu复合材料表面产生氧化磨损;载荷和速度一定时,随着电流的增大,3D-Cf/Cu复合材料的摩擦系数逐渐降低,磨损率逐渐增大.相同实验条件下,3D-Cf/Cu复合材料的摩擦磨损性能优于纯Cu.
Low pressure aided molten infiltration has been successfully used to fabricate fine weave pierced carbon fiber fabric reinforced copper(3D-Cf/Cu)composites.The tribological characteristic of this 3D-Cf/Cu composites was investigated under various current values.The results indicated that oxidative wear occurred on the worn surface of composites due to the effect of electric arc.At fixed sliding velocity and normal load,friction coefficient of composites decreasesd while the wear rate increased with increasing current value.Moreover,tribological properties of the 3D-Cf/Cu composites were better than that of copper under the same condition.
