不同建设项目竣工验收预防性卫生审核文书质量比较分析

Comparative analysis on the qualities of the preventive health auditing documents on final acceptance of construction projects

目的通过对不同建设项目竣工验收预防性卫生审核文书质量比较分析,为以后建设项目竣工验收的质量控制提供依据。方法在对上海市某区2006～2008年所有竣工验收卫生审核文书进行评阅的基础上,运用多样本的方差分析进行统计检验。结果住宅竣工验收预防性卫生审核文书质量较通用厂房和仓库文书的质量低;工业项目竣工验收的"文书材料齐全"和"文书制作规范"有待于完善。结论不同项目竣工验收预防性卫生审核文书的质量不完全相同。

Objective：Through the comparative analysis of preventive health supervision on different construction projects,to provide the advice for the quality control in latter health preventive supervision.Methods：Based on the examination of the construction project data from 2006 to 2008,and use the multiple analysis of variance for statistical test.Results：The quality of the preventive health supervision for residential is lower than that of common workshops and warehouses;the quality of ＂Completion of Instrument Materials＂ and ＂Instrument Manufacturing Practices＂ need to be improved.Conclusion：The qualities of the preventive health supervision on different construction projects are different.
