安徽省传染病防治监督执法的思考和探索

随着食品卫生、职业卫生监督等职责的调整,传染病防治监督执法在卫生行政执法工作中所占的比重越来越大。如何适应当前这种形势,建立进一步加强传染病防治监督执法工作,加大传染病监督执法力度的常效机制,是卫生执法人员面临的一个重要课题,作者从认清当前的依法行政和依法防治传染病形势、进一步明确职能定位、把握传染病防治监督执法工作存在的突出问题等几个方面入手进行思考和分析,并将安徽省加大传染病监督违法处罚力度的的工作探索进行总结,为各级卫生行政部门和卫生执法机构加强传染病监督执法工作提供依据和参考。

With the health inspection responsibilities of food hygiene adjustment,the workload of infectious dissease prevention and control supervision and law enforcement from the health inspection is increasing.How to adapt to such a situation in present,of establish a regular effective mechanism strengthening supervision and law enforcement efforts on infectious diseases prevention and treatment,is an important issue for law enforcement officers.This article analyzed the current administration by law and infectious disease control situation,to clear the functions of the position,to grasp the work of supervision and law enforcement prevention and treatment of infectious diseases outstanding problem,This article summarized the work experience of supervision on infectious diseases prevention in Anhui Province and provided basis and reference for the health administrative departments and the health law-enforcement agencies to strengthen supervision and law enforcement.
