摘要
20世纪80年代以来美国进行了以"公平和高质量"为核心的基础教育改革,这场改革对教师的素质提出了严峻的挑战。为了提高教师的质量,适应"优质"教育对教师的要求,美国对教师教育进行了一系列的改革。改革取得了一定的效果,但在实施过程中也存在诸多问题。
Since 1980s the United States has carried out basic education reform centering on fairness and high-quality,which challenges the quality of teachers.In order to improve the quality of teachers and meet the requirements for high-quality teachers,the United States has carried out a series of reform for teacher education and achieved some positive results,but there are also many problems in the course of reform.
