摘要
以船舶动力机械系统为对象,分析可监测性设计的必要性和可行性,提出可监测性设计的基本概念和相关理论,论述可监测性设计的目标、内容、基本方法和各设计阶段的主要任务,结合实验室条件下的船舶动力机械系统开展可监测性设计试验,将试验成果应用于工程,结果表明可监测性设计的实施提高了船舶动力机械设备状态监测的精度水平。
Marine power mechanical system was regarded as the research object to analyze the significance and feasibility of design for monitoring.The concept and corresponding theories of design for monitoring of marine power mechanical system was proposed based on the view of design.The target,content,method and the main assignment of each design process were stated as well.The experimentation of monitoring capability design for marine power mechanical system was conducted under laboratory condition.The experimental results of design for monitoring were applied to the practical object.The results demonstrated that the implement of design for monitoring can improve the condition monitoring efficiency remarkably of the marine power mechanical system.
