摘要 针对S690 QL钢板材质特点,制定出一套实用的焊接工艺以保证焊接质量。采用药心焊丝气保焊接方法,按"等强原则"选用焊接材料,对焊接热输入和道间温度严格控制,并采用焊后热处理工艺,成功应用于塔吊产品的生产焊接,高效、高质量地完成了工程施工。 In light of the material characteristics of the plating in S690 QL high tensile steels,a set of special and practical welding procedures was proposed to ensure the welding performance.The flux-cored shielded arc welding(FCAW) was used as welding process,proper filler metal was selected according to the equal strength principle,the heat input and inter-pass temperature were controlled strictly,and post-weld heat treatment was carried out for stress-relief,so as to complete the welding with high standard and quality finally.
