摘要
分析珠江口水域因雷暴引发的船舶碰撞事故,结合船舶、航运企业和海事部门对该类事故进行安全管理的现状,指出对珠江口水域雷暴引发海事事故预防和控制上存在的问题,为船舶、航运企业、海事部门预防和控制雷暴引发海事事故提供对策。
The marine accidents caused by thunderstorm in recent years in the Pearl river estuary region were ana lyzed. In light of the current situation of security management for this kind of accident by investigation, the problems ex isting in the shipping enterprises and maritime administration were pointed out for prevention and control of such inci dents, and some relevant countermeasures for safety management were put forward
