杨高路下立交泵站实时监控管理系统的设计与实施

The Design and Implementation of the Real-Time Monitoring and Management System of Yanggao Road Down Grade Separation Pumping Station

杨高路下立交泵站在10年养护实践中暴露了诸多缺陷,为此实施了技术改造,建立了泵站实时监控管理系统。介绍了系统的网络结构、COMPOBUS总线布线方式和系统PLC控制层与现场设备层的通信。介绍了由人机交流界面菜单组成的实时运行管理系统,以及在上位机组态中利用InTouch与数据库的对接,生成了泵站运行管理拟表。

Many shortcomings of Yanggao Road Down Grade Seperation Pumping Station have exposed during 10 years maintenance practice,so the technical reform has been carried out and a real-time monitoring and managing system has been build up. This paper introduces the network structure of the system,COMPOBUS/S bus method,and the communication between control layer and equipment layer by PLC. Also it introduces the real-time management system of man-machine,and applying In Touch docking with the datebase in PC configuration to generate managing reports about the running of pumping station.
