摘要
本研究分析比较了陆地棉品种中 375的 1 2个器官和组织的过氧化物酶、酯酶同工酶酶谱差异。研究结果表明 :陆地棉同工酶表达具有器官特异性和阶段特异性 ,花蕾适于过氧化物酶同工酶分析 ,而发芽的种子适用于酯酶同工酶分析 ,且酶谱表达基本稳定。
The band difference of peroxidase(POD)and esterase(EST)of twelve upland cotton organs and tissues was studied.Results showed that the isozyme expression of upland cotton had tissue specificity and phase specificity.Bud was suitable for analysis of POD isozymes.and germinating seeds for EST isozymes.The bands were also considerable stable.
