基础胰岛素治疗的临床研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 我国糖尿病患病率已达到9．7％。优化血糖控制均可减少1型糖尿病（T1DM）和2型糖尿病（T2DM）远期并发症的发生。最近UKPDS的后序随访数据结果提示胰岛素治疗降低了T2DM患者大血管的发病风险。目前糖尿病治疗中多建议在确诊后首先采用生活方式干预联合二甲双胍控制血糖，在疗效不佳时可选用磺脲类、格列奈类或基础胰岛素治疗.
