摘要
目的建立盐酸伊托必利分散片含量的紫外分光光度测定法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以水为空白对照,258 nm为测定波长,测定伊托必利的含量。结果托必利浓度在1.64~20.5μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997,n=7),平均加样回收率99.94%。结论该法操作简便,精密度好,结果可靠,适应盐酸伊托必利分散片含量的快速测定。
Objective To establish Ultraviolet spectrophtometry method for the determination of Ito- pride hydrochloride dispersion tablets. Methods The contents of Itopride were determined at 258 nm with water as the blank control by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The calibration curve of Itopride was linear when its concentration range was from 1.64 ~ 20. 5 μg/ml ( r = O. 9997, n = 7 ), and average recovery was 99. 13%. Conclusion The method is convenient in operation, precise, reliable in results, and can be used as rapid deter- mination for Itopride hydrochloride dispersion tablets.
