目的探讨节细胞神经瘤的CT特征。方法回顾性分析5例病理证实的节细胞神经瘤CT表现。结果 2例节细胞神经瘤位于肾上腺,3例节细胞神经瘤位于腹膜后。1例为偶然发现结节状密度均匀软组织,三年后明显增大呈现蟹足样生长方式,另4例为囊实性密度肿块。在增强CT中,5例均为明显延时强化。结论节细胞神经瘤较为典型CT表现为蟹足样生长方式,CT增强呈现进行性的延时强化。
