摘要
通过分析临床一线护理人力资源存在的问题、不足的原因,探讨有效缓解护理人力资源紧张的对策,以达到合理利用、科学统筹护理人力资源,并完善临床护理支持系统,保障护士合法权益,建立有效的激励机制,加强护士自身建设等,提高护理服务水平,促进护理事业发展。
By analyzing the causes of scarity and problems existing in nursing labor resource and prc- bing into some effective strategies,we will achieve the aim to utilize the nursing labor resource reasonably, per- feet the clinic nursing supporting system, protect the legal rights, erect the effective stimulation mechanism, strength nursing self-improvment, elevate nursing service level as well as promote the caregiving industry.
